We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/accessories included.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total value of the returned item.
- Return Shipping & Labels: The customer is fully responsible for the return process. This includes obtaining the shipping label, arranging the shipment with the courier, and covering all return shipping costs to our warehouse.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 days.
